“cold weather”
Birmingham’s SIPHO. returns with COLD WEATHER. Released just after Valentine’s Day, the track plays out like a late night check in. When the dinners are done, the flowers are dying and the love high begins to dip, COLD WEATHER asks the harder question: are you still down when things stop feeling easy?
The track is built on stormy, cinematic production, SIPHO. Joined by Nikhil and Ayeisha Raquel, the track unfolds as a two-way conversation, capturing the emotional standoff. Following his genre spanning debut album PRAYERS & PARANOIA, SIPHO. continues to explore identity, faith and masculinity through a sonic palette that moves freely between soul, electronic and alt R&B.
With a visual directed by Callum Barnes set to follow on 9th March, COLD WEATHER marks a return that feels less like a reintroduction and more like a reminder.
